The Dave and Steve Show – Episode #66 – Little Ones

Tuesday, May 26th, 2009

J is back in the fold, and the show is better because of it!

- Dave starts things off with a bang by getting the Episode number wrong.
- Tracy is running late, so Steve handles the Headlines.
- A man was arrested for driving while under the influence… of a bowl of cereal.
- It turns out that Dave and Steve both have “little ones.”
- A little girl buys a really big earth mover.
- In the music beat, Aerosmith sues, Queen tries to be Idols, and Beastie Boys like Hot Sauce.
- Princess Amber writes in for this week’s Mailbag, and J delivers it like only he can.
- Tracy joins the show in time for ENews and the main topic!
- Kevin Bacon got mugged, and tried to chase down the guy who did it.
- We finish off the show with J explaining where he has been for the past few weeks, and you do not want to miss it! Not only that, but the other guys on the show tell of the worst places they have ever lived.

J the Producer is back, and the improvements are obvious.

Tracy and Dave give you a peek behind the curtain on this mid-week show, explaining what’s going on with our recent sponsors, and even explaining the “joke” behind Roger Clyne’s many appearances on the show.

We also talk kids in the park, golf, summer, and exactly when J the Producer will return to the show!

It’s 30 minutes of fun, so give it a listen as you head into your big Holiday Weekend!

Newscasters wish Happy Birthday

Friday, May 22nd, 2009

Watch the clip and laugh like an 11 year-old boy. We sure did.

Tracy’s favorite is still Haywood Jablowme.

Lighter fluid tag? What could possibly go wrong?

I can’t believe something bad happened from playing a simple game such as this…

What? Next are you going to tell me that I should no longer play Boric Acid Bocce Ball?

Lame.

It’s a Dead Man’s Party!

Wednesday, May 20th, 2009

We talked with Frank Pino Jr. of Waltham on Show #65, and one of the things we found out about was his cover of Oingo Boingo’s “Dead Man’s Party.” Here is the video for that song:

Zombies are scary.

The Dave and Steve Show – Episode #65 – Frank Pino

Tuesday, May 19th, 2009

We party like rockstars on this episode!

- Tracy leads things off with a story of two guys peeing in Old Faithful.
- Sex-theme parks don’t go over as well as you might think in China.
- A man makes co-workers sick with his food, and another gets bit on his junk by a snake.
- We have brand new (and somewhat political) sponsor for the show!
- In the Music Beat, The Country Music Hall of Fame gets some new members.
- Alice Cooper welcomes you to his nightmare, which involves our current President.
- In the Mailbag tonight, Princess Amber writes us, and J the Producer drunk-dials his own show.
- Steve is not a fan of the new GI Joe trailer, and thinks the film looks like garbage.
- Another brand new sponsor arrives on our show!
- Along with the Box Office and Celeb Birthdays, Steve talks about two of his favorite entertainers.
- We finish things off by interviewing Mr. Frank Pino Jr! Frank gave a HIGHLY entertaining interview that’s worth a listen, whether you’re a fan of his music or not. Watch a couple of the videos below to see Frank in action with his band, Waltham.

A big thank you to Frank for taking the time out of his busy schedule to chat with us!

Tonight on the Big Show!

Monday, May 18th, 2009

J the Producer is still MIA, but actually managed to drunk-dial the show, and it’s everything that you hoped it would be!

We’ll have all your favorites, including Headlines, Music Beat and ENews, as well as the insanely witty banter you’ve come to know and love.

If all of this wasn’t enough, we’re going to have an interview with Mr. Frank Pino Jr. of the East Coast band, Waltham. As a member of that group, Frank appeared on MTV, had his song featured on CBS’ “The Amazing Race,” and toured with bands like 3 Doors Down.

Even if you aren’t a fan of his music, we think you’ll find the interview to be highly entertaining. Tracy even made the comment that he liked this one more than our JP Patches interview, which says a lot!

Not only that, but we’re going to have at least one new show sponsor to share with you, in the proud tradition of “Mary’s Dill Dough,” “Wild Horse Pizza,” and “Cash for Cash.”

Don’t miss it!

Will Ferrell made his triumphant return to SNL this past weekend.

Tracy says he used to watch Lawrence Welk with his family every week, and actually remembers the girl with the tiny arms, saying he had his first “boy/girl” thing for her.

Thank goodness for that double chin.

Monday, May 18th, 2009

Pile Member, Nabil, sent us this video of a kid freaking out on an amusement park ride.

This is the exact reason that all four members of The Dave and Steve Show work so hard at our double-chins. You just never know when they’re going to come in handy.

Guess who hid a camera in Steve’s shower?

Thursday, May 14th, 2009

Let’s watch!

The most disturbing thing is that, after all this time, I still had no clue that Steve was a smoker.

Great news!

I like that the 65 year-old security guard moves over to help out when this guy gets to the front of the line. You wouldn’t want to start anything with the guy who played Bill Cosby’s Dad around.

Line drive.

Forget for just a second that this pitcher stops a line drive with her forehead. Instead I’d like to direct your attention to Jerry Lewis’ niece who dives in at the end of the shot.

The Dave and Steve Show – Episode #64 – Magic Radio

Tuesday, May 12th, 2009

The crew is back to full health, though still down a member, for this week’s fine show!

- Dave kicks off the show by having one of his programs crash on him.
- In Headlines this week, Tracy tells of cheeseheads peeing on a cop car.
- It turns out that PSP might stand for “Portable Sex Pictures.”
- In an ironic twist, Tracy also brings us the very latest from the SinChew Daily.
- The Mailbag contains two voicemails, and we find out that people really do win on our show!
- Jessica Simpson makes a poor venue choice for her comeback gig.
- Ozzy was stoned every day on the set of “The Osbournes,” and not with rocks.
- Steve brings the Box Office, which he has renamed, and celebrity birthdays!
- Steve has also narrowed down Danny Gans cause of death, and gives you the 411.
- We finish off the show by talking songs that really mess you up. Just listen to understand.

So turn on the radio, shove a kid under your floorboards and dance the night away!

The Dave and Steve Show – Episode #63b – Dangly Bits

Friday, May 8th, 2009

Tracy felt bad about being sick during this week’s full show, so we slapped down yet another amazing mid-week Dangly Bits Show!

We talk of poop doctors, sickness, Star Trek, blogs, Twitter, Sports, and the fact that one of our sponsors made Tracy’s son cry!

It’s Dave and Tracy, unscripted, unplugged, and unbridled!

Talk to you guys next week on The Big Show!

And now… the real truth about Tracy.

Wednesday, May 6th, 2009

That’s right folks, Tracy is just a puppet voiced by Steve.

The real reason Tracy wasn’t on last week was that Steve couldn’t find the puppet in time, and refused to do the Tracy voice without it.

Tune in next week when we’ll reveal J’s puppet which you can also roll and smoke!

So many jokes…

Steve and Dave Fighting

While Dave and Steve are great friends now, things weren’t always unicorns and rainbows for the co-hosts. Check out this clip of the two fighting out on the street in the late 80s.
